The Workers' Comp Group was pleased to make an appearance at the ABA Mid-Winter conference on Workers' Compensation. One of our attorneys--Jason Pollan--served as a panelist for the discussion on Workers' Comp in the context of disasters such as 9/11, natural disasters, chemical spills, etc. Mr. Pollan spoke about how to streamline the intake process and make use of the latest technology, such as cloud computing, in order to have law firms prepared for unorthodox needs.
